Shared Mobility Session

May 28 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am EDT

As more transit agencies begin to explore options such as microtransit and partnerships with transportation network companies (TNCs), they will need the most current, objective, and innovative research and information. If you want to hear about the best practices, lessons learned, and latest developments in shared use mobility in Florida and across the nation, this session is a must! Learn how St. Lucie County’s Treasure Coast Connector microtransit pilot project has helped to close the service gap in a transit desert. Find out how Miami-Dade County’s first ever on-demand public transit network, GO Connect, is working to provide flexible and affordable mobility options without the need for a private vehicle. Finally, glean high-level insights from the latest research on public transit agency/TNC partnerships in the U.S.
