The transit-oriented Pacific Station redevelopment project’s final leg — including 126 units of new affordable housing units — kicked off Monday afternoon with a groundbreaking ceremony and site tour.
The complicated, more than two decades-in-the-making mixed-use downtown project will include two 88-foot, seven-story buildings — Pacific Station North and Pacific Station South. Monday’s timely ceremony, falling within Affordable Housing Month, marked the groundbreaking for Pacific Station North, at 920 Pacific Ave. Developers are aiming to complete the newest project by September 2026, at an estimated cost of $119.2 million.
