Mobility, Access, and Transportation Insecurity Program Request for Proposals Informational Webinar

Each webinar will provide an overview of the MATI program and Request for Proposals (RFP) and allow time for attendees to ask questions.

RFP submissions are due April 30, 2024. Applicants must complete a basic expression of interest form by 5 p.m. CDT on March 15, 2024, in order to submit a full proposal.

Funded by the Federal Transit Administration and managed by the University of Minnesota, MATI seeks to support the planning and development of community-shaped, innovative demonstration projects that can help address issues of transportation insecurity.
