Great efforts have been made by health centers to close the gaps in health disparities. However, the approach to dismantling the political, social, and economic systems causing such disparities may feel daunting for some. In this webinar, Health Outreach Partners will introduce participants to the Structural Competency framework and demonstrate the impact and importance of “Structural Interventions”. These interventions, whether big or small, are most often enhanced through community partnerships. In taking steps to addressing harmful structures, health centers will be able to improve quality of life for their current patients and hopefully generations to come.
