This training session will focus on the importance of effective verbal communication for transit employees. It will give transit professions a better understanding of what is required for effective communication, and focus on how your responses and actions impact your communication with fellow employees and stakeholders. Tools and insights that will assist in successfully communicating and resolving issues will be discussed. Guidelines for successful meetings will be presented.
