Join NADTC, NCMM, NRTAP, and the VA Office of Rural Health to learn about mobility management and veterans' transportation to healthcare. The first in a two-part series, this webinar will focus on how people are coordinating VA Veterans Transportation Service (VTS) rides as part of the Veterans Transportation Program (VTP). Strategies presented will highlight successful mobility management and partnership models. Cases will spotlight opportunities for collaboration between public transit agencies, local VA clinics, and hospitals. There will be discussion on how community transit can develop a relationship with their local VA Rural Health Clinics with the transit managers and VA mobility managers that are responsible for increasing veterans' access to healthcare.
