Local residents who want to go to the New Castle Farmers Market downtown but don’t have the wheels to get there can now hitch a ride with an ACTS bus.
At least for the next two weeks, that is.
Allied Community Transportation Services as a special pilot program is offering rides to the market on two upcoming Saturdays, July 13 and 20, as a pilot program to test the interest.
