 Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan explains “We offer a centralized transportation service called Make the Ride Happen, available to seniors in Outagamie, Calumet and Winnebago counties. This area is fortunate to have a variety of transportation options for older adults and people who have disabilities, but these services have various requirements and navigating through them can be complicated. Make the Ride Happen will help you find the best transportation options for your needs.”
